Enterprise Service Management: Lite
Includes a designated Service Delivery Manager, 10 Tier 1 and 2 Support Service cases/incidents per month, unlimited service requests, and 25 field dispatch support calls per year.
Enterprise Service Management: Plus
Includes a designated Service Delivery Manager, 25 Tier 1 and 2 Support Service cases/incidents per month, unlimited service requests, and 50 field dispatch support calls per year.
Enterprise Service Management: Ultimate
Includes a designated Service Delivery Manager, 50 Tier 1 and 2 Support Service cases/incidents per month, unlimited service requests, and 100 field dispatch support calls per year.
When a FORTÉ customer selects one of the packages, they gain immediate access to prompt support with ITIL-driven workflows, including ServiceNow integration. This ensures any AV issue is addressed immediately by FORTÉ's rapid incident response team.
In addition, at no extra cost, FORTÉ will set up a 10-room premier VISION monitoring starter pack with innovative AWS Cloud-based monitoring service solutions.
