[Music] Hi, I'm Keith Yandell, Senior Vice President of Innovation at FORTÉ. In this episode of Tech in 2, I'll share some recommendations on how to reduce workplace friction with collaboration solutions people will actually use. We've all been there. Meetings that start late because someone can't find the right cable to connect their laptop to or figure out the control panel. It happens all the time. These little frustrations add up though, creating wasted time and disengagement. The solution isn't more technology, it's smarter technology. At FORTÉ, we focus on solutions designed around people, not just hardware. That means intuitive, consistent experiences no matter what room you're in. Take Microsoft Teams rooms as an example. The default control interface has a more button where additional controls can be accessed. System designers though often pack these systems with layers of functionality. Room modes, microphone controls, and much, much more. But here's the truth: most users don't know those controls even exist, and they don't want to. All they want is to press join and start their meeting. Complexity doesn't equal capability. It creates friction. Imagine instead a room that automatically adjusts to the behaviors of users without the press of a button. This is how you eliminate barriers and let people focus on collaboration. The key is adoption. If the tools aren't simple, people won't use them. But when solutions are designed to be intuitive and consistent, adoption soars and productivity follows. Smart collaboration solutions reduce friction, bring people together, and make work work better. I'm Keith Yandell. Thanks for joining me on Tech in 2.
