FORTÉ EVENT PARTNER AND EXHIBITOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DESCRIPTION OF PARTNER/EXHIBITOR PARTICIPATION
By participating in the Event as a partner or exhibitor, you and your organization agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. EXHIBITOR SPACE AND SETUP
    1. Assignment of Space
      FORTÉ reserves the right to assign exhibitor space and may relocate exhibitors as necessary for the benefit of the Event.
    2. Setup and Teardown
      Exhibitors agree to complete setup and teardown within the designated timeframes provided by FORTÉ. Early teardown or late setup may result in removal from the Event.
    3. Cleanliness and Maintenance
      Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe exhibit space. Any  damage caused to the venue by the exhibitor or its representatives will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.

  2. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
    1. Indemnification
      Exhibitor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FORTÉ, its affiliates, and venue partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the exhibitor’s participation, including but not limited to damage to property or injury to persons.
    2. Insurance
      Exhibitors may be required to provide proof of insurance coverage upon request.

  3. MEDIA AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    1. Media Release
      By participating, exhibitors grant FORTÉ the right to record, photograph, and use their likeness and exhibit materials for promotional purposes without further approval or compensation.
    2. Use of Trademarks
      Exhibitors may not use FORTÉ’s trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

  4. COMPLIANCE AND CONDUCT
    1. Conduct
      Exhibitors must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. FORTÉ reserves the right to remove any exhibitor whose conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
    2. Compliance with Laws
      Exhibitors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue policies.

  5. GOVERNING LAW
    1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State where the Event is held.
