MINNEAPOLIS – July 1, 2026 – FORTÉ, the global leader in communication and collaboration solutions designed to transform the modern workplace, today announced the promotion of Craig Frankenstein to Vice President of Broadcast and Connected Experience, a newly expanded leadership role reflecting the company’s continued investment in corporate communication, broadcast, digital experiences, and connected workplace technologies.
In this role, Frankenstein will lead FORTÉ’s strategy for broadcast, digital media, and connected experience solutions, helping customers create engaging, scalable environments that connect employees and audiences. He will oversee the development of new solution offerings, go-to-market strategies, and business initiatives spanning corporate communication and broadcast, streaming, digital media, experiential environments, and integrated workplace experiences.

Frankenstein has spent his career helping organizations transform the way they create, manage, and distribute content. As a recognized industry expert in digital media, broadcast production, streaming technologies, and enterprise collaboration, he has advised customers across corporate, education, sports, entertainment, and government markets on designing scalable media environments that support both in-person and virtual audiences.
Frankenstein will also work with FORTÉ’s regional business units to align solution offerings with sales, engineering, project management, and managed services. In addition, he will lead the development of scalable service offerings and operational processes designed to accelerate growth while ensuring consistent customer outcomes.
