MINNEAPOLIS – June 16, 2026 – FORTÉ, the global leader in communication and collaboration solutions for the modern workplace, today announced the promotion of Eric Jingst to Director of AI Strategy and Enablement. This is a new position at FORTÉ designed to accelerate AI adoption across the organization and create innovative AI-enabled services for customers.

Jingst joined FORTÉ in 2016 and most recently served as an Enterprise Architect on the company’s Innovation Team. In that role, he helped organizations design and deploy high-performance collaboration environments aligned with business goals, workplace technology strategies, and user experience expectations.
In his new role, Jingst will lead initiatives focused on helping FORTÉ adopt, embrace, and operationalize human-centered AI solutions. He will also work closely with technology partners to develop new AI-driven services and workplace solutions that support the evolving needs of enterprise organizations.
