Main Entrance (Preferred Access)
Enter through the main rotunda entrance. A concierge will direct you to the second floor via stairs, escalator, or elevator, where the ballroom and exhibit hall are located. Follow signage to the FORTÉ registration desk.
Blue Deck (Recommended)
Located across Galleria Drive, this deck offers an underground, sheltered walkway directly to the front entrance of the Cobb Convention Center. Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted.
Green Deck
Accessible from Galleria Drive. Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted.

🍽️ MEALS
Breakfast and lunch will be provided for all attendees. The exhibit floor will be closed during the morning and afternoon keynote. Partners are welcome to attend both sessions.
🔖 BADGES
Partner badges and show flyers may be picked up at the FORTÉ Registration Desk, located on the second floor of the Cobb Convention Center Atlanta.
👤 LEADCAPTURE
As part of your exhibit booth purchase, you receive a set number of single-use licenses for the LeadCapture app. Each license can only be used on one device and cannot be shared between devices. If you need additional licenses for your booth staff, please visit the partner storefront for more information.
*Attendee list will not be provided after the show. All partners must use the LeadCapture app to obtain leads.
🛋️ BOOTH SPACE
Booth assignments will be selected two weeks before the event. You will be notified through the partner portal and a booth map will be provided.
📦 STORAGE
All shipping material will be stored during the event by Chrom Expo. Chrom Expo will provide you with empty crate labels for your team to attach to all empty freight so that they can be returned to you at the end of the event.
👷 EXHIBIT TEAR DOWN
All exhibits can begin teardown at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2. Empty crates and pallets will return to booths starting at 3:30pm on Wednesday, September 2.
Shipping Information
INBOUND
Advance Warehouse shipments received after August 26 will result in additional late freight charges.
A credit card is required for all Material Handling services, please be sure to log into the Chrom Exhibitor Portal to sign up for Material Handling services and place a credit card on file for payment processing.
IMPORTANT
Failure to ship by Wednesday, August 26 by 3:00 p.m. EST may result in shipments being refused and returned to sender.

*Packaging supplies (boxes, tape, shrink wrap, shipping labels, etc.) are not available from event venue, Chrom Expo, or FORTÉ, please have all packaging supplies prepared or sent in advance.
