Today, artificial intelligence frequently appears in meetings, in documents and in everyday tasks that fill our workweek. Most leaders I speak with are clear that this is a significant shift, but they’re still working through how AI gets applied to day-to-day work. One of the biggest considerations is how AI affects collaboration.
As agentic AI enters the workplace, I believe it will fundamentally change how we work together, ideate and problem-solve. We will still work with one another, but it will evolve into co-creation with AI, shifting where collaboration happens and what it means. We are already seeing the first signs of this.
