DIRECTIONS:
- Click here to download the free FORTÉ events app to your device.
- Open the app and click the download button to the right of FORTÉ LIVE – Indianapolis!
- Once the app has been downloaded, click the arrow on the right.
- After you enter the app, click on the profile icon and enter your first name, last name, and email address you used to register with. A verification code will be sent to you by email. Enter verification code to finalize login.
- The FORTÉ Events app includes directions to the venue, parking information, venue map, agenda, and many other important details.

Upon arriving at the Plaza Park Garage, follow the posted signs to the Indiana Convention Center and use the attached skywalk to reach Exhibit Hall J.

You will need to make your hotel reservation when you register for FORTÉ LIVE - Indianapolis, as FORTÉ is now using PassKey to collect reservations.
Please register here and follow the hotel instructions once you have received your confirmation number.

EXHIBIT SET-UP:
- Tuesday, February 10 - 12:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Hall J)
MEALS: Breakfast and lunch will be provided for all attendees. The exhibit floor will be closed during the morning keynote but will be open during the lunch session/panel address. Partners are welcome to attend both sessions.
BADGES: Partner badges and show-flyer can be picked up at the registration desk at the Indiana Convention Center.
LEADCAPTURE: As part of your exhibit booth purchase, you receive a certain number of single-use license for the LeadCapture app. This license can be used on only one device and cannot be shared. If you need additional licenses for your booth, please visit the partner storefront for more details.
*Please note that the attendee list will not be provided after the show. All partners must use the LeadCapture app to obtain leads.
BOOTH SPACE: Booth assignments will be made by the FORTÉ Marketing Team two weeks before the event date. Once booth assignments have been selected, you will be notified through the partner portal and a booth map will be provided.
STORAGE: All shipping material will be stored during the event by Chrom Expo. Chrom Expo will provide you with empty crate labels for your team to attach to all empty freight so that they can be returned to you at the end of the event.
EXHIBIT TEAR DOWN: All exhibits can begin teardown at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 11. Empty crates and pallets will return to booths starting at 3:30pm on Wednesday, February 11.

Shipping Information
INBOUND: All freight and/or packages need to be shipped to the Chrom Expo Service’s Advanced Warehouse between January 12 - February 5 to avoid additional late freight charges.
Advance Warehouse hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm, excluding holidays.
Advance Warehouse shipments received after February 5, will result in additional late freight charges.
A credit card is required for all Material Handling services, please be sure to log into the Chrom Exhibitor Portal to sign up for Material Handling services and place a credit card on file for payment processing.
IMPORTANT: The Indiana Convention Center will NOT accept any packages or freight for FORTÉ LIVE. All packages and freight will need to be shipped directly to the advance warehouse no later than Thursday, February 5.
Failure to ship by Thursday, February 5 by 3:00 p.m. EST may result in shipments being refused and returned to sender.

OUTBOUND: All outbound freight shipments must be picked up from the Indiana Convention Center on Wednesday, February 11 between the hours of 3:30pm - 5:30 pm.
Freight carriers must be checked into the Chrom Service Desk by 5:30 pm. In the event that your selected carrier fails to arrive by the designated check in time, your shipment will be re-routed via Chrom Expo’s carrier of choice.
*Packaging supplies (boxes, tape, shrink wrap, shipping labels, etc.) are not available from event venue, Chrom Expo, or FORTÉ, please have all packaging supplies prepared or sent in advance.
