Women who are Shaping the Future of FORTÉ in the Southeast US

Strong leadership takes many forms, but the most impactful leaders share a common ability to inspire others, create meaningful connections, and drive positive change. Across FORTÉ’s Southeast region in the U.S., women leaders are helping shape the future of our business by building high-performing teams, strengthening customer relationships, and creating cultures where our employee-owners can thrive.

We recently spoke with Jen Haskins, Regional Vice President in Tampa, Florida, Erin Januchowski, Area Vice President in Jacksonville, Florida, and Tina Peters, Area Vice President in Raleigh, North Carolina, to learn how they approach leadership, what excites them about the industry’s future, and the impact they're making across the Southeast.

For Jen Haskins, growth starts with people and culture. After more than 30 years in the industry, she remains energized by the opportunities ahead.

“What excites me most right now is the opportunity to build something truly differentiated in a market that's growing as quickly and dynamically as Florida,” she said. “This role isn't about maintaining the status quo. It's about scaling the business, shaping a strong and intentional culture, and positioning FORTÉ as a true force in the region.”

That vision extends beyond growth alone. Jen sees Florida as an opportunity to strengthen customer relationships, expand FORTÉ's presence, and build a region defined by collaboration and long-term success.

“My vision for Florida is to build a region known for consistent execution, strong collaboration, and sustainable growth. We have an incredible opportunity to expand our presence, strengthen our customer relationships, and continue positioning FORTÉ as a trusted advisor in workplace transformation, Microsoft solutions, and managed services.”

She believes strong communication and collaboration are essential to achieving long-term success. Her leadership style is direct, accountable, and people-focused, emphasizing clear expectations while ensuring team members have the support they need to grow.

“Building a team where people feel supported, challenged, and set up to succeed is what I'm most proud of so far,” she said. “When communication is strong and the team is aligned, success isn't something you chase—it's something you build together.”

With the future in mind, Jen believes Florida has the opportunity to contribute far beyond regional growth by helping shape the culture and future of FORTÉ across the Southeast.

“Looking ahead, I see Florida contributing not only through revenue growth and market expansion, but also by helping shape the culture of the Southeast region. If we continue to invest in our people, foster strong partnerships, and execute with discipline, I believe we can create something truly special—one team, working together to drive meaningful results for our customers and FORTÉ.

For me, the goal isn't just to build a successful region; it's to build a region where people want to be, customers want to partner, and teams are empowered to achieve more together than they ever could alone.”

In North Carolina, Tina Peters shares a similar passion for helping people reach their full potential. Since joining FORTÉ, she has focused on building strong relationships while growing the company's presence across Raleigh, Knoxville, Tennessee, and the surrounding region.

“What excites me most is the opportunity in front of us—both in the market and within our own team,” Tina said. “We have incredible support from our corporate partners, practices, and regional leadership, which allows us to focus on what matters most: our customers.”

Tina describes her leadership style as very people-focused, believing that great teams are built by placing people in positions where they can succeed and investing in their growth.

“When you have the right people in the right roles—and you invest in their growth—you unlock the full potential of a team,” she explained.

One of the most rewarding aspects of her leadership journey has been helping team members develop professionally while building a strong sense of community within the office.

“Our success starts with our people,” Tina said. “When they thrive, everything else follows.”

For Erin Januchowski, leadership is about creating an environment where trust, collaboration, and accountability can flourish. After spending much of her career in telecommunications and networking, Erin was drawn to the opportunity to take a more localized and hands-on approach to leadership.

“What excites me most about my role at FORTÉ is the opportunity to apply my experience from a more connected, end-to-end perspective,” Erin said. “Being able to build deeper relationships, develop strong leadership within my team, and meaningfully grow the business in my hometown is incredibly energizing.”

Erin's people-first leadership style centers on building a culture where employees feel supported, engaged, and empowered to succeed.

“I believe that when people are supported, engaged, and aligned, business outcomes naturally follow,” she said. “This approach has helped create a culture of trust, accountability, and shared ownership within my teams.”

As her team continues to evolve and integrate into FORTÉ's broader operating model, Erin sees tremendous opportunity for the contributions her Jacksonville office will make.

“I see a tremendous opportunity to combine the agility and relationships we've built locally with the scale and structure of FORTÉ to drive higher performance, stronger customer outcomes, and sustainable growth,” she said.

While their backgrounds and experiences are unique, Jen, Tina, and Erin share a common belief: great leadership starts with people. Whether they're building culture, developing future leaders, strengthening customer relationships, or driving business growth, each is helping shape a stronger future for FORTÉ.

Their stories serve as a reminder that leadership is not simply about achieving results—it's about empowering others to achieve more together.
