FORTÉ Aligns Leadership Team to Support Global Growth & Operations

MINNEAPOLIS — Oct. 6, 2026 — FORTÉ, the global leader in communication and collaboration solutions designed for the modern workplace, today announced five leadership changes to strengthen the company’s operations, accelerate global growth initiatives, and support its continued evolution as a unified global organization.

“FORTÉ has entered a new stage of growth, and our leadership structure now aligns to support our strategic goals and objectives,” said Chris Mounts, Global CEO of FORTÉ. “We have aligned experienced leaders around the needs of global growth initiatives and our U.S. operations that will define our next chapter. This structure gives us greater clarity, sharper accountability, and helps us move faster as one company while continuing to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.”

The changes reflect FORTÉ’s focus on advancing global strategy, reinforcing the strength of its U.S. business, expanding revenue leadership, and elevating its services organization worldwide. The following individuals have deep experience in the industry and as leaders with FORTÉ:

Roger Patrick, previously Chief Operating Officer, now serves as Global Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, he provides leadership support, strategy and business planning, as well as integrating global best practices and enterprise growth initiatives around the world. In addition to providing direct oversight to FORTÉ’s U.S. COO, Global EVP of Innovation, and Global EVP of Services, Patrick provides oversight to FORTÉ’s Managing Directors and CEOs outside of the U.S.

Don Mastro, who has served FORTÉ in a sales leadership role since 2017, is now Global Chief Revenue Officer. In this expanded role, Mastro leads FORTÉ’s global revenue strategy with a focus on customer growth internationally. He also drives account mapping and global partner alignment, and provides continuity to the global sales force across the company’s expanding footprint. In addition, he provides direct oversight to FORTÉ’s U.S. CRO, as well as Global Account Strategy and Sales Operations functions.

Michael Safranski, previously Executive Vice President of Technical Operations, is now Chief Operating Officer, U.S. In this role, Safranski leads operational execution for the U.S., which is the company’s largest operating region, to ensure all 42 domestic locations are scalable and profitable while providing operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences. Safranski also provides direct oversight to U.S. Senior and Regional Vice Presidents.

John Bagnell, who previously served as Executive Vice President of U.S. Operations, is now Chief Revenue Officer, U.S. Bagnell establishes strategy and best practices to drive revenue growth, with a large emphasis on recurring revenues through Enterprise Programs and Managed Services, including direct oversight of Managed Services Sales Enablement. Additionally, he leads the company’s vertical growth strategies, including Microsoft solutions, Education, and Federal.

Zach Valigura, previously Senior Vice President of Delivery, has been named Global Executive Vice President of Services. In this role, Valigura’s focus shifts to strengthening FORTÉ’s global Managed Services and Delivery alignment under one umbrella. He provides direct oversight of the company’s Managed Services Operations, Global Program Management, Global Logistics, and Delivery Operations, and leads the company’s unique enterprise platforms, including Velocity, Vision, and Vector, to scale and grow these offerings globally.

The new leadership alignment follows a period of significant expansion for FORTÉ, including continued investment in its global delivery capabilities and the integration of businesses that extend the company’s reach in North America, Europe, and Asia. By aligning strategy, revenue, operations, and services leadership, FORTÉ is positioned to serve multinational, regional, and local customers with greater consistency, speed, and expertise.
