MINNEAPOLIS – Jan. 23, 2024 – FORTÉ, the largest global audiovisual and unified collaboration systems integrator, today announced the promotion of four FORTÉ employees to new or advanced leadership positions. These leaders will continue to help scale FORTÉ's capabilities and services as the company continues to grow in the United States and serve multinational clients around the world.
"FORTÉ is growing at five times the industry average, and it's largely organic growth," said Jeff Stoebner, Chief Executive Officer at FORTÉ. "Last year alone, FORTÉ entered into four new markets with higher than anticipated customer demand. Our clients seek a true solutions partner and FORTÉ strives to meet customers where they are in their journey. The communication and collaboration solutions we're skilled in delivering help each organization create more human impact and enable operational efficiency. FORTÉ's existing suite of managed services offerings includes customer care, strategic on-site staffing, remote monitoring, global helpdesk, and estate management, with strategic on-site staffing growing at the highest rate.
Zach Valigura, Vice President of Integration & Delivery

After serving professionally in various audiovisual industry roles since 2010, Valigura joined FORTÉ in 2021 as Enterprise Delivery Manager. Most recently, he served as Director of Delivery where he created broader strategic processes designed to serve the delivery needs of national and global enterprises. Valigura oversees FORTÉs technical services team across the United States, bringing cohesive strategy to all programs at FORTÉ. |
Keith Yandell, Vice President of Innovation
First joining FORTÉ in 2003, Yandell has served FORTÉ as a Design Engineer, Technical Services Manager, and FORTÉs Director of Engineering. Since 2019, he has led the company's Audiovisual Solutions Practice team, reporting to FORTÉs Chief Technology Officer Brad Sousa, who passed away in late 2023. Yandell will leverage his extensive product knowledge and manufacturer relationships to lead FORTÉs Practice Areas. |
Keith will support complex client engagements, enhance the company's reference design offerings, and develop FORTÉ's roadmap of future innovations to be brought to market.
"FORTÉ strategic advantage centers around creating the tangible human impact our customers demand and delivering solutions consistently across their AV and UC estate. Our enterprise customers expect this with speed, agility, and scale, whether regionally or globally," said Roger Patrick, Chief Operating Officer at FORTÉ. "These talented leaders, partnered together, along with their deep benches of subject matter experts will create a continuous innovation channel, with a reliable delivery and support methodology."
